Company AD Autoboka Kotor was founded on the 27th of November 1947 under a name ZET PRED, and performed transportation service of passengers and goods.

Autoboka is the owner of the bus station in Kotor, which was built in 1981 and provides services in domestic and international transport.

Bus station covers an area 5238 m2 which includes the main building with an area of ​​509 m2, a parking for buses with 10 platforms, a parking for taxi vehicles, as well as parking space for visitors.

The main building includes an air-conditioned waiting room, a cash machine, cloakroom, ticket office, travel agency, café, kiosk for selling newspapers and other facilities.

With the adoption of the Urban Plan for Škaljari, a reconstruction of the bus station is planned whose future look, services, and commodities will not stay behind modern European stations.
